AI infrastructure startup BARO AI is officially expanding its GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) business, offering GPU infrastructure in cloud environments.
On the 19th, BARO AI announced the launch of its GPUaaS, following the release of its multi-GPU server, “Poseidon.” The company is now providing cloud-based GPU services built on its own infrastructure.
BARO AI was founded by Yong-Deok Lee, who previously served as Country Manager of NVIDIA Korea for 13 years. The company’s mission is to support AI research and development by enabling anyone to “start AI immediately.”
With a GPUaaS subscription, customers can scale infrastructure in real-time without needing to build separate systems in their own labs. Each client is provided with isolated, private servers rather than a public cloud environment, ensuring high security. Additionally, BARO AI’s adoption of liquid cooling allows for about 30% energy savings compared to traditional air cooling systems.
